A unique challenge of this new home required creating a retirement cottage while discretely accommodating parking for hearses for the contiguous funeral home business. The design is reminiscent of a carriage house.

The interior space is surrounds the central great room and open kitchen, offering unobstructed views of the wooded valley beyond. A grand staircase, master bedroom suite and dining room complete the main floor. The upper level includes bedrooms and bathrooms for visiting family.
