A Bucks County foundation has granted a wish for a couple who spent their lives giving to others.

Michelle Bowren from Twilight Wish Foundation organized Lee and JoAnne McHugh’s wish for a handicapped accessible pathway from their car to their backdoor. Central Bucks Rotary developed the wish with help from fellow Rotarians; Bill Rossman, Central Bucks Rotary President, Rick James, Michael Raphael, Tim Ernst and Jake Taylor. Michal Raphael and Alex Parzych from Raphael Architects designed the walkway. Ernst Brothers built the deck and sloping walkway. Chris Andesirk and Rick Bishoft from Techo Bloc provided the concrete paver walkway that made the handicapped accessible.
