The West Rockhill Township Residence, built on a plateau in a densely wooded 12-acre site, represents a unique balance between rustic seclusion and sophisticated architectural design.
At just 1,500-square feet, the design of the three-bedroom residence capitalizes on special “touchstone” features, including; a winder stair, exterior shoji screen balconies guard rails, funnel-shaped skylights. Outside, a composition of steep-pitched roof forms strikes a dramatic silhouette, mirroring the clusters of granite boulders dispersed throughout the site.
